Construction :
This is a specially developed packing made of 100% pure PTFE unsintered tape.
Applications :
It is a cost-effective replacement of PTFE impregnated asbestos packings. PTFE 100% square packing is a self-lubricating, chemically inert, non-toxic, and a non-hazardous material. It is very flexible packing and provides more efficient sealing with very low friction characteristics. This packing can be used against corrosive chemicals, solvents, oils and petroleum by products and oxygen service widely used for water handling equipments, liquid oxygen pumps, valves etc.

Lubricated Packing [SAPPHIRE]
Construction :
Braided packing made from a special grade of PTFE inbuilt with an inert high temperature lubricant.
Applications :
This is a non toxic, chemically inert and self lubricating packing. Due to its chemical inertness it can be used against almost all media. Widely used in rotating and static applications. Excellent packing for use in food processing, pharmaceutical and chemical industries, etc.

Construction :
PTFE blended with graphite and lubricated with an inert high temperature lubricant.
Applications :
This packing is suitable for high-speed rotary applications. It can be used in contact with most media including the most aggressive. Also suitable for oxygen, paints, lacquers, varnishes. This packing is used in chemicals, petrochemicals, paper & pulp industries, textile industries, power plants, etc.

PTFE
Expanded Tape / Joint Sealent Tape [SAPPHIRE]
Construction :
Expanded Soft packing made from a special grade PTFE resin with one side adhesive strip.
Applications :
This expanded soft packing fills all the voids in uneven or damaged surfaces thereby giving perfect sealing. It is chemically inert and can be used with almost all chemicals. One side of the packing has an adhesive strip hence it is very easy to install. It is widely used in place of gasket. Recommended for sealing flanges, housings of pumps, compressors & gearboxes, manholes, heat exchanger, reactors, agitators, mixers, tank lids and many other such applications.

Construction :
Extruded soft packing made from PTFE and high temperature lubricant. Available in square and round sections.
Applications :
Suitable for pumps, valves and many other static applications. Due to the chemical inertness of PTFE, it can be used with all substances. Offers excellent sealing when used in place of gasket or jointing in flanges in almost all type of industries.

Construction :
High tensile yarn made of special grade PTFE and impregnated with PTFE dispersion.
Applications :
his packing is mainly recommended where lubricant is not to be used due to danger of combustion. It is also used in pumps having low shaft speed and equipments in handling hazardous & corrosive chemicals. PTFE being chemically inert, can be used with almost all chemicals.
